DATA PROTECTION

The protection of the data and personal rights of our customers is very important to us. We do everything we can to protect data. For this purpose, we use appropriate security systems.
The data protection regulations are part of our contractual agreement with the customer.

We require and use personal customer data to process the order.
We would like to continuously support our customers with the help of the data made available to us and inform them about our latest offers. If the customer does not want ongoing customer support, they are of course free to object to this in whole or in part by telephone (+43 (0) 699 170 827 39) or by e-mail (benefit@ecaffe.at).
We provide customers with information about all stored data free of charge. Upon request, we will correct, block or delete them.
We do not pass on customer data to third parties unless this is necessary to fulfill the contract. In any case, these companies are obliged by us to protect data protection and to ensure that data is not misused.

The Internet server we use and the database meet modern security requirements. According to the current technical possibilities, there is the best possible protection of the data. However, we would like to point out that complete protection of data against misuse and loss cannot be guaranteed.
The data provided by the customer is protected against unauthorized access by an encryption process before each transmission. The data is automatically encrypted and transmitted in encrypted form (process used: SSL over HTTPS). We provide customers with our security certificate and information for checking the encryption of the data at any time and free of charge (benefit@ecaffe.at).

The operation of our online shop uses identifiers known as cookies. They organize and support online shopping. Cookies are also used to save data on the customer's computer, which makes shopping easier on subsequent visits to the online shop.
Cookies can be removed manually by the customer at any time.

Our online shop contains plugins from social networks. If the customer is a participant in the social network, when our online shop website is called up, the server of the social network is informed which website the customer is visiting. This information is assigned to the customer's user account on the social network.
If the customer does not want any information to be transmitted and stored, he can log out of the relevant social network before visiting the online shop.

Our online shop uses Google Analytics. This is a service provided by Google Inc. Google Analytics uses cookies, which are stored on the customer's computer and enable Google to analyze the use of our offer.
Cookies collect information about the customer's use of our online shop. This information is transmitted to the Google server and stored there.
We use Google Analytics with the extension gat._anonymizelp(), which means that the IP address is recorded anonymously. According to Google, this prevents Google IP addresses from being merged with personal data.
We use the information to evaluate the use of our website, to compile reports on website activity for website operators and to provide other services related to website use. Google is also entitled to this option.
The installation of cookies can be prevented by manually setting the customer's browser software, which can, however, lead to the loss of functions in our online shop.
By using the online shop, the customer agrees to these conditions and to the processing of the data collected about him by Google in the manner and for the purpose set out above.
