Delivery time and shipping costs are based on the normal case. The exact shipping costs are calculated once the order is processed and may differ from the estimated costs. In this case the customer will be informed.
All packages are shipped and insured as soon as possible. If a package is lost, we will do our best to still deliver the products ordered and paid for.
As soon as the shipment leaves our warehouse, the customer will receive a confirmation by email.

We only debit your account for direct debit or credit card payments when your items are in the shipping process. If your order is shipped in several deliveries, the respective amounts will of course also only be calculated upon shipment. In this case, you will also see several partial bookings on your account statements or your credit card statement. The amount will be debited from your account approximately 24 hours after the item has been shipped. The booking will appear about 3 days later on your bank account statement or on the next monthly statement from your credit card company.
